You've got member data. Now what?
The C³ membership database management system makes it easy to turn raw data into a valuable resource. Our multi-level search is the most advanced in the industry and lets you view & analyze member information based on criteria you select.
You can, for example, search the membership database for a targeted list of members based on one or a combination of the following:
- Location (street, zip code, city, county, state, legislative district, voting district)
- Self-described area(s) of interest
- History of volunteer activity
- Event participation
- Availability
- Donation level
Custom searches can be saved into the membership management database for future use. And the results of your search can be immediately exported into a spreadsheet as a call-list or a word processing document for a mail merge.
And because the membership database tracks member information at such a granular level, you can use it to send highly targeted, automatic messages. For example, let's say a member has a history of making a donation once a year. The system can be set with "conditional" triggers that will:
- Send an automatic reminder e-mail to that member in advance of the donation anniversary
- Thank the member once a contribution is made
- Follow up if a donation hasn't been made within a pre-determined time period
